Room size (11,64 m2) is equipped with modern new furniture, bed with mattress (100 x 200 cm), desk with chair and lamp, large spacious wardrobe, mirror, pillow and blanket and small equipment. In flat further is vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, mop with bucket.
The room is offered without bed linens (no sheet, pillow and blanket cover). The apartment (60.3 m2) on second floor with three separate rooms has a fully equipped new kitchen with appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes), dining table with chairs, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Cleaning of the common areas in flat (once a week) is included in the rental price. Laundry with washing machines and dryers is located in the basement of the house for an extra fee.
The tenants in house can join fitness, terrace with sitting area for no charge.
Monthly rent: 16.100 CZK + 1.800 CZK all services charges including high speed internet (WI-FI).
Owner require refundable Security deposit equal to 2 month's rent including utilities.
