1. Free management of the rental property, the rental fee is paid by the tenant

2. Complete property management for rent is charged as a flat rate according to the size of the apartment

3. Management of individual tailor-made services is charged according to the valid tariff

Free property management can be combined with the management of individual services, if necessary by the owner.


  • We will take over the apartment in our administration, write an inventory of the condition of the apartment
  • Design a rental strategy and an adequate price in the given location, size, equipment
  • Prepare an agreement on administration and if necessary, we will provide a power of attorney intended for the administration of the apartment or house
  • Provide photo documentation and prepare a presentation of your property
  • Real estate promotion using the internal database of inquiries, our websites www.sffczech.cz and www.realitysffczech.cz, of course we also advertise your property on real estate portals (eg. Expats, Eurobydlení, Sreality, Byty.cz, Czech real estate, Ulovdomov, Digi reality, Realityidnes, RealHit, Catch home, Realingo, Real estate warehouse, PragueRealEstate, Viareality, Realbonus, Facebook and more)
  • Communication with clients, tours with clients, selection of a suitable tenant according to your preferences, verification of tenants' indebtedness, verification of available information about the client
  • Preparation of the lease agreement in Czech and English, including handover protocols
  • Handing over the apartment, transcription of energy, setting up internet and TV connection and other rental-related tasks
  • Ongoing communication with tenants during the term of our agreement on the management of your property, resolving disputes with tenants and resolving other unexpected situations
  • Arrange of minor repairs to the apartment
  • Timely extension or termination of the lease agreement
  • Re-leasing your property in the shortest possible time, preferably before the end of the existing lease. 

All these services are free of charge for property owners.
