Close to all amenities, banks, grocery, TESCO, bakery, restaurants, tram and more.
Room size (10,8 m2) is equipped with modern new furniture, desk with chair and lamp, wardrobe, sleeping floor with built staircase, mattress (160 x 200 cm) shelves, mirror, pillow and blanket and small equipment.
The room is offered without bed linens (no sheet and pillow and blanket cover). The apartment (75 m2) with five separate rooms has a fully equipped new kitchen with appliances (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes), dining table with chairs, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and one more separate toilet.
Cleaning of the common areas in flat (once a week) is included in the rental price. Laundry is located in the basement of the house for an extra fee.
The tenants in house can join fitness, garden with sitting area for no extra charge.
Monthly rent: 16.100 CZK + 1.800 CZK utilities including high speed internet (WI-FI).
The refundable security deposit required equal to 2 month's rent including utilities.
Owner prefer 5 months rent.
