For short-term (maximum 3 months) rent, we offer a very nice hotel-type furnished studio apartment, which is accessible via a summer terrace on the ground floor.
The 40 m2 studio apartment is offered fully equipped with stylish furniture. The space is divided to relax/night area and living room/kitchen area.
The living room is partially separated from the bedroom, in the living room there is: sofa bed (convertible), dining table with 4 chairs, kitchenette, working desk.
There is also a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm (possibility of separating beds), bedside tables, curtains, drapes + blinds (possibility of dimming), storage space and other decorations. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The price includes change of bed linen and towels once every 14 days.
Technical equipment of the studio: Air conditioning / self-regulation, underfloor heating in the bathroom, central heating in the rooms, TV + satellite (option to purchase Netflix or HBO GO).
Kitchenette in the living room: induction hob (double cooker), electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave oven, basic utensils, cutlery.
