The apartment (70 sqm.) with separate, private, lockable rooms has a fully equipped new kitchen with appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes), dining table with chairs, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. In flat is also iron, ironning board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket.
Cleaning of the common areas in flat (once a week) is included in the rental price. Laundry is located in the basement of the house for an extra fee.
The tenants in house can join fitness, terrace with sitting areas for no charge.
Monthly rent: 16.700 CZK + 1.800 CZK utilities including high speed internet (WI-FI).
The refundable security deposit required equal to 2 month's rent including utilities.
