There is no standard window in the room, there is a small hinged window in the door to ventilate the room.
The apartment has a new kitchen including all appliances (large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, microwave, basic utensils, dishes, kettle, washing machine/dryer).
The flat has 1 shared bathroom with shower, sink, toilet (shared by 3 tenants only, other 2 rooms in flat has their own private bathroom)
