The apartment consists of a spacious room with kitchenette equipped with all appliances and living area with sofa bed, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet, hallway and balcony.

The apartment is offered fully equipped with furniture, decorations and small amenities.

The apartment has a sofa bed, wardrobes, dining table, chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, 2 ring induction, Smart TV, paintings, lamps, carpet, clothes rack, towels, dishes, pillows, blanket and linen, window blinds, alarm and more. The apartment is very well designed and offers plenty of storage space.

The price also includes other services:

• regular cleaning: weekly cleaning, change of towels, change of bed linen

• technology: high-speed internet (wi-fi), apartment monitoring by an intelligent home system (measurement of current energy and water consumption, possibility of remote temperature control).

The rental price does not include water, heat and electricity consumption. Their billing takes place once a month on the basis of actual consumption, which is measured thanks to the smartome application Flowblox. Expected consumption per month approx. 2.000 – 2.500 CZK, out of the arterial season even less.

Very good access to the city center (10 min.) and to Václav Havel Airport as well to Motol. The apartment is suitable for a couple and individuals. Not suitable for families.  No pets allowed.
