The apartment on the 1st floor of a well-kept house in a quiet street also has a large kitchenette equipped with all appliances (fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven with stove, hood, dishes, washing machine). There is also a relaxing sofa in the kitchenette. Two bathrooms with shower and two separate toilets.
Excellent transport accessibility: metro station B / C, bus and tram stop 2 min. on foot and only 5 min. by tram to the real heart of Prague (Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, etc.).
The inhabitants of Karlín have plenty of access to the greenery: Karlinské náměstí is a small park and above it rises the long ridge of Vítkov Hill, known for its magnificent views of the city.
All civic amenities in the area, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, banks, groceries and much more. The common areas of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, etc.) are cleaned twice a month by a cleaning lady who also buys hygiene items such as soap, toilet paper, etc. - these are standard services of the apartment and are included in the price.
