Monthly rent: 23.000 CZK + 700 CZK/ 1 person house service + approx. 3.000 CZK/month advances for gas + 1.300 CZK /month advances for electricity. Internet for extra payment with provider.
The gas will be transferred to the tenant. The owner requires a refundable security deposit in the amount of 2 months' rent.
