The apartment consists of main room with a smaller kitchen unit (fridge/freezer, sink, microwave oven, induction cooker, kettle, dishes) with two single beds (comfortably can be placed side by side), table with 2 chairs, sofa, coffee table, wardrobe, TV + satelitte and other small furniture, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Tenant can use a shared laundry room on the same floor in a separate spacious room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a vacuum cleaner, ironing board with iron and a mop for use.
Tenant can also use the outdoor garden with a seating area.
