There is a small kitchenette with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and range hood (the possibility of renting - microwave, kettle, dishes, blanket and pillow for extra small charges).
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink with mirror, toilet and buit in hairdryer. The whole house is completaly renovated and offer free parking at the front of the house. In the house is common loundry room (washing macine and dryer) which is used for a fee (used by tenants of total 9 flats). The flat is maximum for 3 persons.
We recommend to students (example from close Czech university of Life and Sciences Prague) and workers who are looking for housing in Praha Suchdol, near the airport or in Prague 6. Good connection to the city center. Bus stop 1 minute from the house and it takes 10 minutes to metro station Dejvicka. Grocery store close to house.
The monthly rent: 11.100 CZK + 1900 CZK/ per person for all utilities. The internet for extra charge 300 CZK monthly. No pets and smoking allowed! Owner require security deposit equal to one month rent.
