Monthly rent is 10.000 CZK + 1.430 CZK service charges. Electricity will be transferred to a tenant (cca. 1500 CZK based on real consumption).
If flat will be occupied by 2 persons the advance payments for service charges and energy will be slightly higher. Security deposit required.
