In the price of rent Wi-fi internet, TV, weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels, security of the apartment. In the walking distance to the restaurant, bus stop (bus No. 116), by bus is metro Dejvicka 6 min. (green line "A"), close to Sarecke udoli, Czech university of Life Sciences Prague (CZU), Prague Zoo, 4 minutes Kaufland supermarket, pharmacy and more.

Monthly rent: 18.500 CZK. The rental price does not include water, heat and electricity consumption. They are billed once a month based on your actual consumption, which is measured thanks to the smartome Flowblox application (approx. 1.500 - 2.000 CZK/month).
