In the smaller room there is a built-in floor for sleeping. There is a storage room in the hallway. The view is to the street.
Appliances in the kitchen: electric oven, gas stove, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The apartment is heated by gas heaters (WAF). In flat is washing machine.
Next to the house is the tram stop Křížová (tram no. 7), the Nový Smíchov shopping center just 2 min. away, the Smíchovské nádraží metro station or Anděl within walking distance within 5 min. (yellow route B), quick connection to the center such as Karlovo náměstí, I.P. Pavlova, Wenceslas Square.
