We offer a very nice and fully furnished apartment 2+kk 60 m2 with balcony in a beautiful Art Nouveau district on the border of two Prague quarters – Vršovice and Vinohrady (Tolstého street). It is a calm residential area, which is, however, close to the city center. Thanks to a very good public transport connection you get to the very center in fifteen minutes (the bus stop is 50 meters from our apartment).
The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is an elevator in the house. In the apartment there is a spacious bedroom, in the living room there is a convertible sofa for two persons, TV, satellite and DVD-player. The kitchen is fully equipped – dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer and all cooking and eating accessories. The apartment has also a nice balcony. In a bathroom there is a washing machine and a bathtube. About 500 meters from our apartment there is a 24/7 Tesco. If you have a car, you can park on the street in front of the house or in the surrounding streets, we have no parking zones, so it's free.
With respect to our neighbours we cannot recommend our apartment for frequent parties or any other noisy activities.
