The room is offered with no furniture. The apartment consists of two separate rooms, kitchen, bathroom with tub and separate toilet.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. Very good connection to the city center. Near the tram stop "Radhošťská" (No. 11, 25, 13, 1, 8) as well as metro Flora - green line A. In the vicinity all shops, restaurants, Atrium Flora, banks, post office, pharmacy and more. In walking distance to Namesti Jiriho z Podebrad, close Vinohradská nemocnice, 3rd faculty of medicine of Charles Úniversity, only 3 minutes by metro to Namesti miru.
Monthly rent: 11.000 CZK including all utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating, trash ...). Internet cost will be shared with other tenant.
Current tenant prefer a girl who is tidy, decent, non smoker and without pets. Refundable security deposit required in amount 11.000 CZK.
