Flat is after complete reconstruction, including all wiring electric, gas and water, paint, new turbo boiler, gas floor heating, bathroom with shower, kitchen with stove (in the photo is still a gas hob -has been replaced), hood and sink, rooms has renovated floors, hallway and kitchen linoleum, toilet and bathroom tiles, all door and windows has a new coat of paint. There is no refrigerator and a washing machine.
The apartment is on the 1st floor in the house.
Monthly rent is 16000 CZK + service charges 500 CZK / person / month (water, lighting and cleaning the house, etc. -billable) + energy transferred to the lessee.
In the nearby farmers' markets, all civic amenities. Flat is free from May 2015.
